Orders

Prices and Availability

• We strive to keep our prices fair, but they may change from time to time without notice. Product availability can also vary, so if you see something you love, don't wait too long!

Order Cancellation

• In the rare event that we need to cancel your order due to product unavailability, we'll let you know via email and provide a full refund right away.

Crystals and Minerals Disclaimer

• Our crystals and minerals are beautiful, but they’re intended for decorative purposes only. Please do not ingest or use them to make elixirs. The metaphysical properties we share are for informational purposes and should not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Plant-Based Products Disclaimer

• Our herbs and incense are for external use only and should not be ingested or smoked. We care about your safety and cannot be held responsible for any harm resulting from misuse.

Liquid Products Disclaimer

• All liquid-based products sold by Stones and Spells are strictly for external use only. They should not be ingested under any circumstances. Please use them responsibly and keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Shipping

• We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that your address is accurate and up to date. Currently, we ship within the UK, but we're looking to expand our reach soon. If you're outside the UK and would love to order, just get in touch!

Returns

• We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of this, we only accept returns for defective items. If something isn't quite right, please email us for return approval. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we recommend adding tracking to ensure the package arrives safely. Please note that payment refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll process your refund promptly.

  Always keep candles in a safe place away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Always use a fire-safe dish or plate to set candles on. Do not leave incense, candles, and/or charcoal disks burning unattended.
